At Ariete, one of Miami’s most defining MICHELIN-starred restaurants, the experience leans personal, expressive, and unmistakably rooted in the city’s culinary identity.

This Airbnb-hosted evening is structured as a four-course tasting menu and includes:

• A welcome cocktail upon arrival
• A curated progression of courses
• A couple of surprises woven into the experience
• Meet the chef
• Photo opportunities with the Ariete team
• Swag bag

Throughout the night, I’ll guide the experience, offering context around the restaurant, its evolution, and how it fits within Miami’s MICHELIN landscape.
