Ariete — Coconut Grove
April 16th, 2026 (Date Change)
At Ariete, one of Miami’s most defining MICHELIN-starred restaurants, the experience leans personal, expressive, and unmistakably rooted in the city’s culinary identity.
This Airbnb-hosted evening is structured as a four-course tasting menu and includes:
- A welcome cocktail upon arrival
- A curated progression of courses
- A couple of surprises woven into the experience
- Meet the chef
- Photo opportunities with the Ariete team
- Swag bag
Throughout the night, I’ll guide the experience, offering context around the restaurant, its evolution, and how it fits within Miami’s MICHELIN landscape.

At Le Jardinier, the experience shifts into something more vegetable-forward and quietly luxurious.
This evening is structured as a three-course experience that includes:
- A welcome cocktail upon arrival
- A curated wine pairing
- Personalized elements designed specifically for our group
- Meet the chef
- Photo opportunities with the Le Jardinier team
- Kitchen tour
- A take-home treat to close the night
I’ll be there to provide insight into the restaurant’s philosophy, its role within the MICHELIN Guide, and how it contributes to the broader conversation around dining in Miami.
