The Whet Palette Supper Club creates intimate, hosted dining experiences and one-night-only culinary collaborations designed to take you beyond the standard restaurant reservation.
Expect chef interaction, thoughtful storytelling, special menus, insider perspective, unexpected touches, and access to experiences created specifically for the guests at the table.
Some gatherings bring together chefs who have never cooked together before. Others take you deeper inside restaurants you may already know. All are intentionally small, personal, and built around one idea: a memorable dinner should be about more than what is on the plate.
