A Celebration of Florida’s Culinary Lineage
An intimate, one-night-only dinner, celebrating the depth of Florida’s culinary roots and the vision shaping its future.
To see a chef redefining Florida dining today, cooking alongside the pioneer who helped establish its culinary identity, is exceptionally rare. This exclusive one-of-a-kind evening brings together Chef Norman Van Aken, multiple-time James Beard Award nominee and winner, and a defining force in Florida’s culinary identity, side by side with Chef Logan McNeil, the youngest chef ever to lead a MICHELIN-starred kitchen in Miami.
Together, they will present an exclusive, Florida-centric menu created specifically for this evening, making this an experience that cannot be replicated, repeated, or recreated. The event is designed as both a tasting and a conversation, offering guests rare insight into craft, influence, and what defines Florida cooking today and tomorrow. Hosted and welcomed by The Whet Palette Supper Club, with Brenda Popritkin guiding the evening.
