PODCAST: S2 E24 SOMM LIKE IT HOT Featuring Sarah Phillips

March 29, 2023
by The Whet Palette

We already know Miami is a hot zone for craft cocktails and beer. Know what else is happening? The wine scene! Follow along as I continue my SOMM LIKE IT HOT blog section and continue a podcast crossover featuring some of South Florida’s buzziest swirlers, sniffers, and tasters.

Meet Sarah Phillips of the Wines by Sarah: wine educator, writer, and event producer.

Listen in as we candidly discuss all things WINE: tastings, pet peeves, corks, the Miami scene, trends,  wine labels, and more.

The Whet Palette

The Whet Palette focuses mostly on the Miami-Dade and Broward County area, but nothing is off limits; attending 3 Michelin Star dinners in New York City or nibbling on pastelitos in Hialeah are all part of my canvas. Fluent in English and Spanish, I'm a Cuban-American with a passion for food, wine, and travel. I also have an extensive background in interior design, dance, and autism advocacy. It's been a colorful journey! Life, as I know it, is my palette. The Whet Palette. Brenda
