Michelin-Starred Restaurants in Miami

Órale, Tacology!

As if I needed another reason to love Miami’s newest star, Brickell Centre. Executive Chef Santiago Gomez (Cantina La Veinte, Nobu, and NYC’s Michelin-starred Daniel) is currently celebrating the one-year anniversary of his saucy hot spot. And let me tell you, when it comes to Mexican food, la fiesta no termina en Tacology. The larger than life space drew […]

It took me a while to get to Plant Food + Wine. The vegan/raw concept turned out to be a hard sale for my usual dining partners in crime. Finally, the right dining opportunity presented itself with the best companion I could have asked for, a long-time friend who happens to be a compassionate yogi. […]

Pisco y Nazca

Pisco y Nazca sits amidst a buzzing Town & Country Mall in its surrounding Kendall suburbia. I’m not sure, but I think the last time I was in the area might have been when I visited Cafe Iguana. In college. In the 90s. Kidding. I think. I am happy to report that it looks completely different now. […]
