🎙️NEW EPISODE🎙️ Our dishing and dining means you get the real unfiltered scoop as we experience it. The hubs, Lawrence, returns once again and joins me to review every visit and offer his perspective. We have spent the last couple of months returning to many Miami favorite restaurants. In this episode, we will highlight which ones continued to impress, and also discuss the few who disappointed.

⭐️ On a cool and crisp Tuesday night, the MICHELIN Guide brought the heat to the Big Apple. For the first time, the awards ceremony combined three cities —New York, Chicago, and Washington, D.C. —for a stellar event. New One-Star restaurants debuted, plus two new Two-Star and one Three-Star restaurant. As a MICHELIN dining enthusiast, I packed my best coats and happily flew in to cover the occasion for The Whet Palette.

🍣 We have a lot of history with Hiden. Being one of the first to dine in upon opening, we fell fast and hard for this Wynwood omakase concept and could not get enough. Several unfortunate incidents later changed our outlook on Hiden’s management company, and upon the original chef’s departure, we stopped dining in. @hidenmiami

I was fortunate to attend and witness all the action from beginning to end.
