Located at the Promenade in Coconut Creek, this spacious newcomer is quickly gaining momentum. The not-to-miss CIAO showstopper marquee towards the back of the restaurant greeted me upon walking in and it practically begged to be photographed. Of course, I obliged. Given the hip and rustically chic interiors, this is the perfect place to come with a big group, but it’s still quaint enough to come on a date or family outing. One look at the menu revealed there’s something for everyone. While the beautiful bar allured me in, I stayed seated in my cozy booth and ordered wine off the menu instead. I found one of my favorite wines listed (Caymus) and whatdayaknow, the markup wasn’t half bad either. What a great surprise!
I had big plans to order the entire menu, but given it was Sunday and I was wrapping up a weekend of indulgent eats…I couldn’t. Who am I? Pfft. Even so, I managed to try enough to know I will return to try the rest of the unexplored options.
FAVORITES: The tender and flavorful Grilled Octopus the 4 Formaggio Handcrafted Pizza stood out from the rest.
