No, I am not screaming. That is actually the restaurant name.
The Che “interjection,” thankfully NOT related to Che Guevara, means something along the lines of “Hey” and used in Argentinian daily casual conversations; as in “Che! Check out this new restaurant!”
Che!!!

Already an established concept with 15 locations in Spain, Che pays homage to Argentinian and Spanish cuisines. Owners Martin and Daniela Sujoy, a brother-sister team from Argentina, established the Delray Beach location as their U.S. flagship in September 2016, after more than 30 years of experience in the food & beverage industry in Buenos Aires and Spain.

HIT:
As much as I enjoyed my entire experience, I have to say I loved all my appetizers the best. Crazy, huh? There’s just something about enjoying a good glass of wine with an authentic provoleta, empanadas, and a good ole’ charcuterie platter.
The 8,000 square-foot restaurant situated in the former Hudson at Waterway East Space (900 East Atlantic Ave.) is a 280-seat waterfront destination which now offers lunch and dinner daily from 11AM to 11PM and a great Happy Hour from 3PM-7PM with half-priced cocktails and 25% off appetizers.
